"Quick response to request for evaluation. Very clear and thorough appointment for evaluation. Laid out all requirements with great explanations. Involved the child patient into the conversation to make sure they were comfortable, understood the requirements, and could ask any questions. Very clear and well thought out plan of care with details on timeline of appointments, length of each appointment, and clear deliniation of cost of care with options for payment - in full or no interest installments (and good discount options for military and paid in full). Takes Tricare dental coverage from United Concordia!! Practice has a great open bay layout concept with lots of patient spaces and technicians ready to start the appointment. Decorations are very cute and inviting - love the San Diego surfing vibes. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. They also (very sweetly) offer several different types of warm in-house baked cookies for their patients that are safe for all phases of orthodontic treatments!!"

"Iverson Orthodontics and Faith, in particular, are the absolute best! This is, by far, the best place you can go for orthodontics. They are extremely competent and so so friendly! My daughter always looked forward to seeing Faith, Dr. Iverson, and the other orthodontists and techs! They were the most caring and knowledgeable about my daughter's very unique case. They also have amazing cookies, which doesn't hurt! Please ask to see Faith if you can as she is fantastic! "My daughter had her braces put on in June. She recently went back for tightening this week. My daughter can be very shy but the team here makes her feel comfortable. They are very thorough and always makes sure my daughter and I know and understand what she should be doing at home to keep a healthy mouth and maintain the cleanliness of her braces. I’m also shocked at how quick and efficient they are. The front desk staff is on point!! I personally have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my daughter to be seen. "I had a most excellent experience with this office. I had braces as a teen but many years later my teeth needed to be realigned. Dr. Iverson and his staff are professional, caring and well-trained. Importantly, also, are the excellent communication skills of everyone. Dr. Iverson leads with example to engage his patients in the care of their teeth and to listen attentively. He was never rushed, listened to and answered my questions and explained everything in clear terms. I never had to wait to be seen for my appointments. The staff appears happy, talks comfortably with Drs. Iverson and Wahab, and with each other. My experience is that workers who are happy and are treated with respect tend to treat their patients well. I highly recommend this practice to patients of any age."

"My three kids have all had a combination of braces and aligners with Iverson. Dr. Iverson, Dr. Wahab, and all of the techs are lovely to work with. We started at another orthodontic practice and they recommended pulling permanent teeth to deal with overcrowding. We wanted to try expanding in order to avoid extractions and Dr. Iverson was willing to help us try expanding, even though we knew extraction was still a possibility in the end. Happily, we are almost done with treatment and all three kids have beautiful smiles and kept all of their permanent teeth."

"We had a stellar experience with Iverson Orthodontics for the past several years. Dr. Iverson first saw my child for an evaluation when the child was 7 or 8, and we came back for annual evaluations until the braces were fitted at age 12. The annual evaluations involved no cost to us. After 1.5 years of treatment the braces are off, and we are very pleased with all aspects of the treatment: highly professional staff, including the front desk and insurance staff. Appointments are always on time. Clean, bright office. (Most of the treatment took place during the pandemic: the office had very good COVID protocols that made me feel safe sending my child in.) I wish all our doctor experiences were like this. I cannot recommend Iverson Orthodontics highly enough."
